South Ripley senior breaks long-standing ORVC track record

Currently ranked 16th in Indiana

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) -- A South Ripley senior set a new conference record at the ORVC Track Meet on Tuesday night.

Alexa Yeomans ran a time of 15.14 to break the conference record in 100M Hurdles. The previous record was set in 1991.

She has also broken the Ripley County record as well as the Switzerland County Invitational record for 100M Hurdles.

Yeomans is currently ranked 16th in Indiana for hurdles.

She will continue her track career at Northern Kentucky University and pursue a degree in Radiological Science.
