Sunday is likely the final day to see Kat Von D's black tulips

(VEVAY, Ind.) – Sunday is likely the last chance to see Kat Von D’s black tulip field in full bloom. 

The 15,000 black tulips have been in bloom for about two weeks which is typically the lifespan of a tulip. 

Tourists have traveled to Vevay from all across the region over the past two weeks to view the field. 

Switzerland County Tourism executive director Mark Schutte says the unique attraction has led to a boost in business for restaurants and stores in Vevay.
