Switzerland Co. senior to play 2 sports in college

(VEVAY, Ind.) – A Switzerland County senior has announced his plans to play two sports in college. 

Kolvin Beck has committed to Hanover College to play both football and track. 

“This moment means more than words can explain. It represents the countless long practices, hard lifts, early mornings, late nights, and sacrifices by both me and the people who believed in me,” Beck said. 

Beck is crediting his faith, family, coaches and teammates who have made this dream become reality. 

“I am thankful for everyone at both Batesville and Switzerland County High School who played a role in my journey and helped shape me into the person and athlete I am today,” he added.
