Two Versailles troopers win gold medals at World golf tournament

(BIRMINGHAM) – Two local troopers earned gold medals at a golf tournament in Alabama.
Lt. Paul Adams and Master Trooper Noel Kinney are both assigned to the Indiana State Police post in Versailles.
They recently participated in the World Police and Fire Games in Birmingham, Alabama, which occurs every other year.
The tournament brought together more than 8500 golfers from 70 countries. The local golfers were -16 under after the tournament.
Adams and Kinney will now have the opportunity to defend their gold medals at the World Police and Fire Games in Australia in 2027.
