WI police use drone to catch serial defecator in city park

(STOUGHTON, WI.) – Police departments across the country use drones for all sorts of reasons. 

Some typical reasons to deploy a drone are for search-and-rescue missions or criminal investigations. 

The Stoughton Police Department recently put their drone to use for another reason. 

There had been multiple reports of residents finding human feces and used toilet paper in a city park. 

Investigators noticed a pattern of a person defecating in the park during early mornings. 

They deployed a drone early Thursday morning and caught the culprit red-handed. 

It turned out to be a 46-year-old woman and she was arrested for Indecent Conduct.
