ISP conducts special patrols on S.R. 350

(AURORA, Ind.) – The Indiana State Police has boosted patrols along State Road 350 in Dearborn County. 

There have been several tragic accidents on that stretch of road this year. 

In June, Jordan and Sierra Walters, of Milan, were killed when a pickup crossed the centerline and struck their vehicle. 

In May, two men were killed when a driver attempted to pass a school bus in a no passing zone. 

A Muncie teenager was killed during a traffic accident last month as well.

The ISP special patrol has resulted in 45 warnings being issued, 22 speeding citations, and 3 seatbelt citations.
