(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – South Decatur graduate Roxanna Metz has been named as one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.
She was selected for the award by Automotive News after a judging process that attracted hundreds of entries from across North America.
Metz serves as the plant lead of Honda’s Indiana Auto Plant (IAP) in Greensburg.
She leads the day-to-day manufacturing operations of the plant which has 2,600 associates.
Approximately 250,000 vehicles are built at IAP every year and the plant recently celebrated its three millionth vehicle.
IAP currently produces the Honda CR-V and Civic Hatchback, including hybrid versions of both models. It's also the sole manufacturer of the 2026 CR-V TrailSport which will be coming to dealerships this month.
